Subject: 9 rounds to go and with the cavalry returning what are our thoughts and...

out of the 9 remaining games clearly we r still a shot at top 4 as a lot of the top 8 sides are playing sides around them.

Not withstanding the fact those who effectively can't play finals we be looking for a few scalps towards the pointy end of the season.

Basically there are no easy games.

Out of our 9 remaining ideally we'd win IMHO minimum 7.

I think Sydney in Sydney is a tough task plus Carlton, Essendon and Brissie will provide tough challenges. Even Brissie away from the Gabba.

In that mix we also have Richmond, Hawthorn, Gold Coast, Geelong and Melbourne.

I think to make top 4 we'd have to win 7 maybe 8 depending on how other results.

As the cavalry return I think it doesn't auger well for McCrae and McInnes especially as they've had opportunities yet not cemented a place as yet and hard to see them doing it in the back half if the season.

Thoughts?
