We have about 15 really good AFL players but then we fall off a cliff. We can’t keep expecting the Pendleburys, Sidebottom’s, Crisps, Howes and Daicos brothers to keep dragging us over the line. As I said, to the anger of some, our preseason was a train wreck. We have 12 players on our list taken in mid, pre season and SSP period, the players the others rejected, and honestly, none of them show any sign of being any good. We need to find a better way to bring young talent into the club.
