...and Cox is injured and Cameron needs a chopout, the way to look at it is McInnes can't ruck (not at this stage anyway) which puts Kreuger ahead in the pecking order.

And no coach wants to ruck a kpd from a structural point of view during a game and Fly has never rucked Checkers. So, given that scenario, Kreuger currently plays a vital role in the current line up (something McInnes can't do).

Further down the track, and leaving McStay out of the picture, Kreuger is competing with Cox for the spot.
