McStay looks in fine fettle. He was running hard and with alacrity during the match simulation. He took a towering mark at one point.

Richards was running around like a hare, running to the right spots. He was too lively for Steele when the two were matched against each other on the wing.

Harry looked swift in his work operating from a wing during the match play.

Elliott doesn't look that far away based on his performance at training yesterday.

Cox looks miles from playing given that he's still moving gingerly.

Noble looked to be sans concussion symptoms as he threw himself into rehab with some hard running.

Reef was a standout, kicking goals, marking well and he had a run in the midfield.
