With the result beyond doubt, Brisbane would rightly have gone into a bit of self-preservation mode...allowed a few cheapies by the Blues.

However, it could have turned into an absolute capitulation as it was for Port (who at least have a chance to regroup next week)...so perhaps even Port, knowing the game was done and dusted, went into self-preservation as well.
