A lot of the players we are apparently interesting seem to be a lot like what we already have.

For example ... midfielders on the edge of senior AFL level such as Hobbs, Peatling and Davies. But don't we already have this in Macrae and Allan? Granted Peatling probably has a point of difference due to his tackling.

Same with Keane ... what does he offer which Frampton and Dean are currently providing? Would the better option be to persist with McInnes in defence.

It all seems a bit scatter-gun.

Even the talk of Caleb Daniel. Why? Wouldn't Pendles or Sidey or even Macrae be better options in that distributor role?
