I know Eyre is listed as a "key forward" but from all reports, he was training and utilised as a defenders at times. Had some rotten luck with injury this year (which probably maintains a bit of an unfortunate trend for him that has extended back a few years now). He is still only 22, but it remains to be seen if he gets another go.

Dean has looked OK at times but obviously lacks experience and games at the senior level to make any informed guess at as to his overall capacity to be part of our "guaranteed" starting 22. Though not as young as Eyre, he is still only 23 so is on the younger spectrum at the club. I would expect him to get another contract, but who knows.
