And it's accepted talls take longer to mature.

Age isn't as relevant in this case given that Frampton's inexperience.

This year, at his best Frampton was quite capable and accumulated some good scalps.

At his worst, he was terrible, and his opponents dominated.

It would probably help him if they kept him in one position so he can gain confidence and develop, as well as knit with his teammates.

During his time at Collingwood, he's played defense, ruck, and forward.

Not expecting him to become Peter Knights, but if he can narrow the gap between his best and worst, he'll be a solid contributor.
