There's no "supposedly" there. If you disrespectfully sledge a whole side then you have to win the game.

If you win, people say "well, he's a disrespectful asshole, but he won the game"

If you lose people rightly say "he's a disrespectful loser".

It's pretty simple at the end of the day.
