I have not watched an entire match but found most of the games lack a thrill.
The atmosphere and hugeness created by the b&w army is not replicated by the oppositions theatre goers.

AfL coffers will not be over flowing after this finals series with the Pies , Tigers , Dons and Blues supporters not contributing very much.


I was hoping we might sneak in but the horrid start to the season with the losses to Saints , Suns and the incredible draw against Freo plus the injury list which tended to grow by the week culminating in a maximum count of 18 at one stage from memory made it very difficult.
I tuned in every week to Jarrod Wade's injury report in the hope that we would recover a body to help the young'uns.

It will be interesting to see the fixture for next season having finished in the mid 6 group whether we receive the same consideration they afforded the Blues this season with their fixture.
