No recognised midfield, too many injuries. Lack of a forward line -- which is something thats been an issue for years. Other sides have gone past us. We lack the talent atm that other clubs have.
As Sam said, we are yet to play our system for as long. So I think with playing more youth, we are in development mode.

I just think we need to have patience. Although, I think we were always gonna struggle this year.
Might be for the best to get a good draft picks in. Take a few steps back to go forward.

I think we wasted too long in the past thinking we were better than we were, and it rarely got us too far. Won a couple finals, but never were good enough to go further. Then players left. New coach. New system. New players. Playing youth. New clubs coming in taking all the good draftees last few years.

But at least we'll get some good kids in this year and our father-daughter prospect.
We feel very blue collar, hard working but lack the class, pace and composure and foot skills as other sides. Hopefully that starts changing soon.
