Except, for it to better and to make money , it needs funding.
I very rarely use myself as an example.
I'm a level 3 coach, coach in a VFLW premiership and spent years as senior assistant.
This isn't for me to say I haven't been offered aflw gigs, I have, but...
For me to work at an AFLW club, I'd have to work more hours for less pay than my teaching career.

Womens football is being intentionally hamstrung.
Nrlw great, cricket great, w league great, coates talent league with the same resources as the men great.

Aflw and vflw with less resources....
