Every year they seem able to recruit and target players without any fuss.

There is the SA factor but surely more people return to Victoria around the AFL.

You would have thought that a club that has Nick Daicos, has state of the art facilities, recently won a premiership & plays in big games every year, can attract more than a Lachie Schultz.
