How do we get the list? They would have to register for the draft. Which means anyone can take them. With the OS experiment they can be added directly onto our list, they do not have to go via the draft. Not sure their wages affect the salary, but happy to be proven wrong if that is the case. It is a FREE hit almost! You could recruit the SHAQ and sit him at full forward! We should be openly accepting the OS cat B rookie program and use it to our advantage when we can. But if there are none we are currently looking at maybe, just maybe we have viewed none as being quite the right fit for us right now. I think Sean Rusling might have been the last one we found under a rock and Hine copped a lot of critiscm over that selection.
