Quick and quick witted
Dual sided
Reads the play
Good goal sense
Sure ball handling

Negatives
He is small and it’s unknown whether he can cut it other than as a FP

Why retain ?

Sgt Shultz has clear limitations
Slow and slow reacting
Not obviously dual sided
Goal kicking in ‘24 was indifferent
- can these areas improve ?

Pluses ….very determined and hard at the contest and strong tackler
Plus he is settling in slowly

The other concern is Billy’s black foot mid season which impacted his kicking , his chase and his leap …..if he misses games there is no obvious replacement ie
JDG needed further out
HH is more of a future mid

Several good reasons to retain
