Subject: Get out of the 'Reef-forward' mindset.

He's got good pinch-hit capability there (like Jez does too) but his best role is mid and defence (as Wiz also inferred above).

Sometimes players get pinged around too much by their respective coaches. Reef has done all 3 positions, but almost invariably forward at AFL.

Reef's current path has shades of Jack Anthony to be honest, who was pigeon-holed as a forward early, did well in the VFL in defence where he belonged and then went forward again at Freo before disappearing from the scene.
