Collingwood isn’t a club for gm’s with trainer wheels.
As last season proved.
Current admin group have done a great job post season.

Let’s get the right person, we want someone in this job for 10years so investing time now is highly valuable. We can’t have another gm who resigns twice a year because it’s a tough job.
