I was disappointed at first that we didn't get Ziebell. The way he was moving and kicking in that grand final reminded me of NCB something fierce.

But we got the kid who kicked 9 from his 35 possessions so I thought he might go alright.

It was a funny old end to the year too. The big suspensions to Heater and Dids. Winning an unwinnable final in Adelaide, only to lose to St Kilda the following week, wondering if those 2 could have made the difference. The flag was Geelong's to win and we'd pumped them by 80-odd points earlier in the year.

Turned out alright in the end I guess. We also picked up Leroy and Blair that draft.
