to make the right choice. Based on previous drafting in the aflw collingwood program I don't think so. A shinning light this year is Lucy Cronin the prototype player for the style of game going forward -- hope she wins the B&F -- would have lost by greater margins if not or her.

Delist = Frederick , Evans , Livingstone , Fowler , Morris , Fowler , Morris-Dalton -- all too slow and limited skill set for current game ( also Sheridan if not coming back for 25 )

Trade = Schleicher , Rowe , Butler for picks if possible

Recruiting -- get someone with an ability to identify talent

Fitness -- get a Jarrod Wade equivalent for the aflw program -- the girls have faded after halftime in most games this year and fitness will be the key for future game styles

Teacher of basic skills -- finally give these girls a chance as most have not had the benefit of a structured pathway program and enlist a crew of skills coaches that can teach them to kick to position long and short, handpass in close drills , the art of sheparding , body positioning to mark etc etc
I do not have any faith in the current crop of coaches as you need more than a warm fuzzy feeling amongst the cohort to be winners.
Play Bree Davey at CHF who is not allowed to go outside forward 50 as the marking target for the defenders next year
Play all the new recruits in the full vflw program to gain some experience.

The greatest asset this football club has is the black & white army and a just reward for club financially and supporters bragging rights will be the the vfl men and aflw women being at the other end of the ladder.

Successful dynasties in my 65 plus years viewing this game are based on all lower grade teams also playing finals regularly.

Hopefully the new board and refreshed senior management identify that ALL teams wearing the jumper are resourced properley for success.
