Subject: reckon its part of HQ's plausible deniability re concussion

i know its morphed from concussion sub to injury sub, however, concussions are increasingly becoming 'the injury' to effectively trigger that sub

so, if you go to a flat 5 interchange teams will undoubtedly be even less inclined to do the 'right concussion thing' and remove a player ASAP

so, i can understand their decision to stay with the 4 + 1 interchange /sub

it's not liked by players, coaches & fans alike but it does contribute to the POCPD (path of concussion plausible deniability)
