I guess they are going to exercise anyway... may as well have company, they are light sessions. New players get acquainted - makes sense.

Is the answer for Tom Mitchell's injuries - to do more? Spend more time on this feet?

JDG's groins - running above and beyond?

We had a lot of injuries last year. Love the enthusiasm, hope it is tempered with the need to make it through the season - mentally and physically.
