Harmit Singh was told his role was shrinking and he would be reporting to Andy Otten and not direct to Fraser.
He took a full time role at Swans Academy.

The fitness 2ic was sacked during the AFLW season.

Bolton wasn't coaching and wanted to coach

Our football department of McRae Senior Ciach, Skipworth Senior Assistant, Boyd, Selwood and Roughead is the equal of anyone.
Fraser Head of development, Otten VFL coach and assistants made up of AFL development coaches also makes sense.

The only role currently unfilled is head of football, everything else is returning to 2023 streamlining
