His stock standard game was an outstanding game for most players. But it was the way he would will himself to lift that puts him above DeGoey and many others. We knew with absolute certainty that if we needed it, he would elevate his output to ridiculous levels for one or two quarters, to drag us back into games (similar to what we are seeing with Nick now). DeGoey will have a 5-10 minute purple patch where he kicks a couple of goals or sets a few up. Buckley would completely take control of the midfield for a quarter or two and shred the opposition. Chaulk and cheese, in my opinion.
