over a 20 years period drove me bonkers.

I’m not saying it’s an easy gig, but year after year, draft after draft we bypassed talent for speculation. The Rusling pick was the end for me. Hopefully the part time scouts in the state leagues are gone as well, and full time scouts put into each state - we can afford it, recruiting is the number one priority leading to premierships, just do it.
