Subject: False alarm training today.

It was reported we were training at 12.30 today. Gradually some players started emerging in their civvies and they headed to their cars. WHE told us that today was all about recovery. One person who was there earlier said Smit was doing some running and his gait was being filmed.

Unless they're doing a lot more inside, they have scaled down their training from previous summers, especially given their earlier pre-Christmas finish.
