Smit: I like how he takes every contest "personally" - the kid wants to win them all and is really hard on himself when he is beaten.

HH: I had hoped when he played VFL this year that he might start to craft more of a mid role - but post ACL, we'll see

Beau: See HH but seniors

Ryan: I'd love him to be trialled on the wing with bursts in the middle.
