+ Harry Mahoney, Curtis Taylor, Brady Grey and 1 more from the vfl as top ups.

* Nick came out and did some run throughs in the middle of the ground when the boys were warming up. He left the track not too long later. At least it's a start.

* HH was also out progressing his rehab, running at 100% sprinting.

* Josh did some running with a couple players, looked fine. Then did some drills with his defence line up. He finished up half way through the session.

* Jordy did some running. but he also progressed with the number of drills he was doing, even some ball movement drills.

No sign of Mitchell, Or Dean for that matter. But pretty much everyone else which is a pretty good result.

During the pressure drill, Ash appeared to knock his face on Markov when trying to tackle him, and he knocked him flat out. He got up 10 seconds later and was escorted off he ground. He wasn't sighted again for the rest of the session. I suggest a concussion test.

It was a pretty full on session, as they were put through there paces with some conditioning, then pressure drills, line group drills, ball movement and then sort of match play. It was as close to match sim as we'll get right now. But it'll ramp up, and likely to be on fridays; so lets see what happens next week as we head to the end of January.
The intraclub should be mid Feb, so they'll have to start doing more match play to get ready for that.

*I feel like this is on repeat lol
Reef had a very good session, as his confidence grows in his new role. Sometimes he was playing deep, sometimes further up the ground. What was evidence was his bounce off half back, with his run and would get the handball chain off teammates and use his pace to run outside D50

* Lippa was a ball magnet as he was everywhere during the drills, and especially during match play. He patrolled the wing, and formed the connector inside 50.

* DeMattia I thought looked pretty good, his ball skills were on show as he ran up the wing.

Those kicking inside 50 for the black team seem to target Mcstay a fair bit, and his marking was certainly on display. Hopefully this is signs to come for the season ahead.

At the end of training, Parker led his two companions, Steene and Ryan in the art of bowling. The three would then do some practicing a few times with a tennis ball, that must have been lying around.

A few others would then practice spoiling, Reef was the focal point in this. Frampton too participated.

PSA: If I could say something about Perryman, even when he doesn't stand out, he has very nice kicking skills.
