him into defence to replace Noble and he's meant to be a big fan of the ex-cricketer. While Will is usually tailing the rest during the burst sprinting etc. he looks good in drills where he can focus on getting the ball. His footy nous allow him to collect it and weave through traffic. He looks quickish sometimes by dint of his smarts. If he keeps developing this aspect of his game there is definitely a spot for him. I view Parker and Smit if they reach their potential as players we have got through 'the back door' given we've often had weak draft hands.
