By September, they will be 37, 35 and 34, plus a few months each.

Replace just these three, even with 25 year olds, and our average age drops by nearly a year and a half.

We're certainly not a young side but our very senior citizens make that number make us look a bit more ancient overall than we are. After them, the 'next 20' average around 27.5 years. Experienced but hopefully not quite ready for the knackery yet!
