Subject: the thing that stood out to me yesterday
In reply to: Moondog 's message, "Jordan De Goey is ranked as the AFL’s worst kick through six rounds of the season" on 18:56 26/04/24 Fri

Was how bad his handballing was. Repeatedly sold his teammates into trouble. Dunno if that's just part of our (over) handballing game or if he has just lost confidence in his kicking.

The poor kicking efficiency is partly to do with him playing a more inside role. More disposals under pressure from in traffic = lower DE.

He's never been surgical by foot, but he's decent. I just wish we'd find a coaface mid to let De Goey do his burst away from the pack thing.
