We take patently flawed players and try to elevate them into roles where we expect them to punch above the weight.

They do so here and there, but can't be relied on regularly because they just don't have the innate talent.

I'm a big fan of Beau, but he's the typical Collingwood battler.

Somebody will no doubt point to him kicking .3 in the grand final. Right. Three behinds.
