Might want to rethink that one mate after watching Carl/Melb today.

Seriously, both matches (plus the current GWS *who do have a heap load of potential though* Doggies match) just reinforces why I'm left increasingly disinterested in anything other than Hawthorn.

The talent base is just to diluted across 18 teams for them to have, what not so long ago, players capable of err.. playing at a consistently high level that used to be expected of say, 65/75% of games.

The game is DEAD as we knew/grew up with. What they've given us as a replacement.. ain't much chop at all.

Saying that, I still love watching Suckling caress a football with that left boot. While blokes like him come along, like a rube, I'll keep watching.
