Subject: I suspect my bias is showing but I see a case for Richo and McLeod
In reply to: Buzz 's message, "Koutoufides - Hall of Fame" on 5/06/14 6:50pm

It's not all about playing (or winning) finals because that would rule out people like Bob Skilton or Robbie Flower, wouldn't it?
What is a Hall of Fame first and foremost if not a recognition of the sport's most loved players?
Who could not love Richo?
The first two criteria for Hall of Fame elevation are:
"... outstanding service and overall contribution to the game of Australian Football"; and "a candidate's individual record, ability, integrity, sportsmanship and character."
There would be a case for all five based on the above, but particularly McLeod, I think.
