*Lays a gentle hand on Flame's head.* Easy girl. *Strokes the dog's head until the hackles settle down. The woman smiles. She extends her hand warmly.* Hello, I'm Kath, owner of the ranch. I can give you a tour if you like. *Spots the beagle.* Hello there. Where did you come from? Is she yours? *Asks the girl.* If she is or isn't, come up to the house and I'll put down a bowl of food for her. It's the dog's dinner time anyway. *Whistles for all the dogs. As they come running, she walks up to the house. Turns back to the girl.* Do you want to see the ranch? Just let me feed these guys then I'll give you a tour as I bring in and feed the horses. *Smiles and walks at the front of the dog pack. The 24-yr-old goes into a small lean-to shed at the side of the house and brings out a small trolley with seven bowls and a large bucket of meat on it. The woman doles out the food, then puts the bowls down and lets the dogs eat.* Come on, you can help me bring the horses in. *Heads to the tack shed and comes out with numorous headcollars and lead ropes.* Could you get Calais for me? She's the Clydesdale mare. Easy to spot. *Smiles and goes to the adjoining paddock, which was the young horse paddock. Puts a halter on a blue roan colt and leads him out. Meets up with the girl and points to a large barn.* That's the mare's, weanling and yearling barn, that's the horses in training barn and that's the stallion barn. *Points to two other barns.* Calais goes into the mare's barn. *Leads the colt to the mare's barn also.*
