Good work, all of you. Ranven, you grabbed the deer and kept it in place for the others, Sivhet, those long tears you made not only weakened the deer more, but are good places to start eating the deer from. And Lichenon, good work with your teeth-clampng on isn't the only way to kill, though you must do it to keep your prey in place. Slashing is more effective for finishing the animal. *Nuzzles, licks and spreads her scent on the pups as a badge of maturity.*

Now eat; it is your right to eat first, since you all did most of the work. Next time you hunt, you'll be finding the prey and catching it yourself, with a little help from me. When you finish eating, we'll leave this copse, head down to the coast itself and get acquianted with the territory.
