Listen fellas-The argument of indie vs. major is completely dead. The whole thing of "disliking" this or that band based on success or avoidance of success is simply rediculous (sp?). Opinions matter or don't matter?, uhh- well... Listen up. Music is an art. It is not competitive. If you want competition, watch some video music awards on TV or something. Or better yet, play football (which I love), or beat someone up because they have a different opinion of some band that you have of have not heard of, (I meant that sarcastically). Think about it. Anger over music is stupid and childish. Why should anyone care what anyone else thinks about what type of music or art that someone likes or doesn't like. Ya know what-Papa M records sound great. Smashing Pumpkins records sound great. Britney Spears looks great. The Mona Lisa was a great painting. My sister did a great drawing with crayons when she was in third grade. Jackie Earle Haley is a great actor. Do you think that Pajo and Corgan got together to compete and see who was better or worse? That is completely silly. You're psycho. Don't think that something "sucks" just because you don't like it. Don't hate over music. Ya don't have to buy it if you don't like it, and you certainly don't have to "eat a big fat cock" if you have a different opinion than someone else, and no one should hate you either way. This is all so silly. Listen to it if you like it, and don't if ya don't- What's the big deal? DON'T "HATE" OVER ART OR MUSIC!!!!!!!
