Goodwin Road - still there ? Parker family

Finally I was able to get a copy of my Grandfather's marriage license in the mail! I ordered this in hopes of shedding some light on who his parents were. This is what was on the certificate for him:

Grandfather is William Henry Parker (soldier)
G-Grandfather: William Henry Parker (laborer)

The exact same name! This will make my searching difficult I would assume.

Grandfather's address was listed at 15 Goodwin Rd, Helley Sheffield (in 1918)

Does this road still exist? If so, does the home?

Is there anyone who can look at a phone directory for 1918 to see who lived there at that time?

I appreciate any help in finding his roots before coming to Canada. I do not even know what he looks like. So anything helps!
