Subject: Heeley motor & manufacturing co.

Hey there.

I'm from Nieuw vossemeer in holland.
About a four months ago I bought a second hand lathe.
After cleaning it up I found a small plack stating that it was made by the "Heeley motor & manufacturing co. Sheffield England."

Does anyone know of this factory?
Does it still exist ?
I suspect that the lathe is from the 1940's , maybe older.

Anyone have any idea?
