~she trots in slowly, keeping her reins tight, so Brandi couldn't buck. Warms her up by trotting around in a big circle. As she reaches the corner she sits deep into the saddle and nudges Brandi into a canter. The pony surges ahead into a fast and unbalanced canter and she loses her balance, burying her hands deep in the pony's mane to stay in the saddle. Pulls hard on the reins but is unable to stop her. Brandi pulls into a faster canter, and then into a speedy gallop. The pony suddenly stops at the corner and she goes flying over her head. Adele lands on her back and sits there for a moment, resisting the urge to cry. Finally gets up and grabs the pony by a stirrup. Takes her reins and leads her back around to the office~
