A few late breaking Oct events are below.

All you Newfie people out there, don't forget the Middleburg Kennel Club http://www.middleburgkc.com/mkcshows.html at Oatlands Plantation (south of Leesburg, VA) show this Fri 10/22 and Sat 10/23. On Fri 10/22 35 Newfs are entered, ring #11 at 8am, on Sat 10/23 a whopping 44 are entered, ring 11 at 845am and 15 entered in Sweeps, ring 11 at 8am. They'll be a pile of other breeds there too, like Great Pyrenees and Bassetts.

Colonial Newfoundland Club is looking for a few good folks to help out with the 2004 Supported Entry and Regional Specialty at this show. If you would like to lend a hand in the Hospitality tent either day we would love to have you. No experience is necessary, on the job training is provided and you don't have to be a member of CNC. Sat 10/30 1- 4pm, BOYDS, MD: Roxie's Fund is celebrating their 4th Annual Doggie Halloween Party http://www.roxiesfund.org/halloween4.pdf at a new location this year 16760 Whites Store Rd. Games, treats, photos, costume contest and get your dog's face painted on a pumpkin.

Sun, 10/31 1-4pm, PASADENA, MD:Pet Parade and Costume Contest on October 31st at Hancock's Resolution in Pasadena (off of Bayside Beach Rd) from 1-4pm for anyone interested. Costumes will be judged in several different categories, as well as
door prizes and goodie bags for everyone.
