let me tell you what I've been up to.

I've been at the gym 5x/wk for the past 2 weeks. I tried a yoga class last Wednesday and my shoulders and neck burned badly from it (muscle irritation), but I'm willing to go back and learn some modifications and try again.

I've had 2 massages per week and its making a load of difference. Love my new RMT - I even napped during my massage last week - that was a first!

Saturday night, I went to a slumber party. 5 girls aged 27-35 convened at my friend Michelle's house. We made low fat nachos, margaritas, veggies and dip and a spinach dip and we ate ate ate, drank, danced our selves silly, played a board game and giggled insanely. Much much fun! Then we crashed in our pjs and had a leisurly breakfast the next morning.

I got up sunday morning and went to the gym! I was a workout diva this weekend, sneaking in kick ass workouts all over the place! I didn't want to get off the treadmill - I was in the groove and it was soooo good.

Tonight is a massage, dinner, weight lifting and then an aerobics class.
