Viruses only attach to emails, not to posts on websites ;) And no, I didn't receive anything, but worms usually work their way through your address book, and then every person who opens an infected email has their address book comprimised.

Have you cleaned up the virus yet? You need a virus scanner software that has the most current update and you need to run it and let it repair all the viruses/worms you have. (often, you end up with several).

Then, remember to update your software weekly and set it to run all the time so it picks up viruses on your incoming email (it will tell you its a bad email and delete it right away).
