thanks for your reply. i would have to say that i have found myself feeling more comfortable around the hippie type kids as far as dancing goes. i didnt necessarilly feel uncomfortable with the whole crowd in general, more so just a few of the confused seeming kids that may not have been around the block so to speak.

i hope i didnt come off as seeming pretentious or whiney. i suppose i have just been more used to a whole different scene. i havent been around a crowd like that since i was a youngster seeing bands like 7 seconds, G.B.H., Culture Shock, and various other punker type bands. i guess they may have danced a little more back then though, in various ways.

i guess that might not have been the best example. regardless i think i had just forgotten about the general energy of certain groups of people surrounding certain types of music.
