May we become the owners, or pack, of the Metimithil forest? Are the territories claimable?

Name: Demetrius

Personality: the leader of his two friends, though not as fast-thinking as Fabian. A little aggressive around males he doesn't know, kind to females and tends to court them a little to get to know them, but all in good taste.
Appearance: The white legs, throat and belly of the average wolf, with a gray/black/brown mottled coat marbled with white, and a dark face mask.

Breed: Red wolf
Pack: Metimithil forest
Personality: the "brains" of the group, quick but has little prowess in fighting, like Demetrius does. More careful than his two packmates as well. Though he may not be able to fight well, he can devise all sorts of tricks for getting back at bullies; they may fall asleep next to their kill, but wake up in the morning with it gone, or if it is a large kill made by a whole pack, a considerable chunk missing. That is his favorite trick; he rolls in strong-smelling plants and weeds to mask his scent, then creeps silently to the kill and with amazingly light feet pads off with it. He covers his mouth-scent when he steals meat from carcasses with ice chunks that freeze the meat and get rid of his scent. He is mischievous, no doubt.
Appearance: the standard red wolf color, but his coat is extremely dark and thick, like a mink coat with a strong red tinge.

Breed: Common Gray
Pack: Methimitil Forest
Personality:Friendly, the ambassador of the group, more welcoming of outsiders than his two friends. He can hold his own in a fight but prefers not to do so. He is more peaceful than the others. He is fleetfooted and the best at hunting of the group, having the best sense of smell. He loves to hunt and after a long day is usually the one who goes hunting for a few rabbits to eat for all of them. He doesn't mind the task, as he prefers hunting alone.
Appearance: light fawn color, gray/black mottles across his back and white fur around his eyes, throat, and muzzle.
