Hi, I just found this site and it's AMAZING! I'm just starting and I really need some help. I'm 15 years old, 5'10" and 125 and I would like to be down to 115 or less by March. I really need some support, help, and tips so if you guys could email me: stephy_43_@hotmail.com that would be awesome. I'm also going to be reading this site for lots of support so yeah! lol :)
