 I am 20 years old and am so tired of looking like a cow. my family hospitalized me a few years ago because i was close to a hundred pounds. Well they "cured" me and now I am 5'10" and 180 pounds I am disgusting and can't belive that I listened to them. How is it that all their "cure" did was make my fat? I need help i haven't done this in three years any new tips? Right now I am on the Three cups of green tea four bottles of water one apple and two Pieces of celery. I would like to be down to 120 by July. Please HELP!!!!
