Nothing is going to get better until there is a strong family unit with a father in the house and work for the kids to do, something meaningful that makes them feel they are contributing to the family. They have too much idle time on their hands. Another thing that won't happen...smaller schools where the teachers know all the kids and the kids all know each other. Teasing and bullying will still be there, but not as much. In these big schools kids get lost. Some go all day without having anyone talk to them. Things are a mess and it will take some brave souls to correct it.
