I know what you mean. Hillary is already talking up her "Health Care Plan". If she got her way, everybody would belong to an HMO that couldn't give a crap less about your health.
Some of the CD croud still post on Darefugees. Some just disappeared. Felix packed up & moved to South Carolina after his Mother died. I think he had family there. I still get an email from him occasionaly, but he doesn't say much.
As far as Darefugees goes, just pop in with a "Hit & Run" like I do sometimes. I try to stay out of the bickering. Most of it is too silly anyway. I don't really care about talking about theving, lying, do nothing politicians that much.
I went to see my oncologist Wednesday & he said I should begin monitoring my blood sugar. My dad had diabetes & two of my three brothers have diabetes. I guess that means seeing yet another doctor. I do another cat scan next wednesday, then see my lung doctor on thursday. It seems that going downhill is even harder than going uphill. Some days I feel pretty good, then some days I feel like the fan that the shit hit.
