Subject: wHY?

The subject of this message is, wHY?? It seems to me, in every religion I have ever read about, one of the core themes, which is often ignored and unspoken, is division. Look openly at any society anywhere in the world today or in history where a specific religion is or was threaded into the culture and you will see "the one true god." You will also see this idea has, does, and always will promote division among people. Division is separation. It begats dis-unity and all of its many children.

Don't jump to a conclusion here. I am not saying there is "no-God." Only that religion divides us. It
does not unite us. So, my question is WHY?
