Thanks, Ladies, especially to Joann, for keeping this post that I started going for the month! I sure appreciate it!

I have been trying to post when I can, but after 3 months and 10 days away from home, my Dad is FINALLY getting to come home tomorrow (Thurs)!!! YIPPEEE!!! His 1st surgery was the day after EASTER!!! We were only told last Friday that he'd get to come home this week. So, my 2 brothers' families and my family have been working on a ramp/deck for my Dad to be able to get in and out of the house before he gets home, but, unfortunately, we won't be completely finished by tomorrow. We should be done by the weekend, though. We had a lot of prep work (removing fences, flowerbed, shrubs, patio railings, etc) to do before we even got started building it. Once we get him IN the house (up 3 steps) tomorrow, he's not going anywhere for a couple of days, at least! :)

ALSO, I had to take my Mom for oral surgery yesterday to remove a broken tooth, so she's been unable to do much since yesterday for herself or Dad, so I have been trying to take care of both of them as much as I can.
I thought it was bad with just 1 of them needing help, but it doesn't compare to BOTH of them needing help. I have a feeling that I will be at my Mom and Dad's a lot in the coming weeks! Prayers for all of us would be very much appreciated! :) Thank you so much!

Hi Patty~

You're Quite Welcome...I was happy to share what I could and make your Christmas in July post a "Fun Month" to the last day.

So glad to hear your Dad is coming home..it's been a long time coming and I know everyone will be more comfortable especially your Dad being in his own home. I hope your Mom is feeling better after her oral surgery...it's no fun when your tooth hurts. I will be keeping you all in my prayers.

You take care Patty...Hugs~ Joann
